Formax Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Formax mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Formax is an AI-powered workout form analyzer. You record a workout, and the App uses AI to analyze your form and generate personalized feedback, including a timeline-based report and metric ratings. The App also offers an AI workout planner. Service availability is not guaranteed and may experience downtime.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers a Pro Weekly plan at $2.99/week and a Pro Yearly plan at $49.99/year.
Free users receive a limited number of free analyses; Pro users receive unlimited analyses and workout plans.
Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the workout videos you record. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your videos solely to provide the analysis service. AI-generated reports created from your videos belong to you. Your videos and reports are removed when you delete your account or request deletion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Not upload content that is inappropriate, illegal, or that infringes any third party's rights.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent usage limits or the credit system.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The AI analysis is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
It is not a substitute for professional training, coaching, or medical advice.
Exercise at your own risk, and consult a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness routine.
We are not liable for injuries or health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or meet your expectations. AI-generated content may vary in quality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or unauthorized access to your content.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings, or stop using the App by deleting it and cancelling any active subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
